About Y Yoga

We’ve been built on the belief that yoga and the communities that surround it have the power to change the world and that you deserve to live your healthiest, happiest and most fulfilled life. We have 9 studios in BC., our family has expanded to over 300 teachers, we're lucky to call over 10,000 active members friends, and we now offer over several hundred pre-recorded and live classes on YYOGA at Home.
