About Well Parents Centre

The Well Parents Centre is an innovative mental health and parenting centre tailored to the needs of parents and expecting parents. We help parents feel well and parent well. Whether you are struggling with mood, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or parenting challenges, we can help. We provide evidence-based and innovative services, learning from our clients’ needs and successes in treatment, and incorporating the latest research. We offer: Individual therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy. We know that it can be difficult to regularly attend therapy when caring for a baby. That is why we offer sessions in office, by video or phone, and even in your home (within Toronto). Video sessions are available to clients living anywhere in Ontario.
