By increasing your self-love, acceptance and incorporating healthy coping strategies into your daily routines we work to ensure that you can face life’s challenges with confidence and ease. There may not be one singular reason you can pinpoint for why your feeling this way. You may just have a general sense that you aren’t living the life you wanted and feel lost. When you can’t even figure out the "why" it can seem impossible to change it. Through compassionate counselling and a client centered approach (this means I believe that you are the expert on you and your life not me) we take the time to better understand and accept the feelings and emotions that are leaving you feeling "stuck" and then figure out the best way to heal and grow. You are in charge of this journey and I am simply your “co-pilot” on the ride.
