About Studio One Personal Training

You can choose to workout one-on-one with a certified personal trainer once a week or five times a week at Studio One. It’s up to you! We’re flexible to accommodate your needs and busy schedules because we understand that everyone’s life is just a little bit different. If you are interested in doing your sessions with a family member, spouse or friend, please contact us and we’ll set up a customized package for you. At Studio One, you won’t find a high pressure sales environment. Our prices and packages are below so you are informed before you come in for your initial consultation. Types of Training Styles Offered: Strength and Conditioning, Resistance Training, Functional Movements, Interval Training, Circuit Training, Hypertrophy Training, Core Training, Exercise for Seniors, In-Home Training (Only with Craig; Subject to availability and areas).
