About Stephane Boudreau - Registered Massage Therapist

Stéphane Boudreau is an Atlantic College of Massage Therapy graduate. He is committed to offering a professional bilingual service, aiming to improve his clients’ quality of life. Massage Therapy promotes overall wellbeing, and is very efficient in reducing stress and muscular tension. It is also a proven method in the treatment of injuries. As an athlete, Stéphane has known his share of injuries. He has often turned to massage therapy in his recuperation. He grasps the complexity of sport related injuries, as well as the importance of a speedy recovery. In order to better meet his clients’ needs, he has also become a certified ART (Active Release Techniques) provider. Stéphane is very active in the local sports community. Running and triathlons are a big part of his life, having completed numerous marathons and Ironman races over the course of the past 20 years. He therefore spends his spare time practicing his sport and spending time with his family.
