Highlighting how the mind processes information as you move through your day-to-day environment, I offer a non-judgemental space where you can be heard, empowered and energized toward your goals. Although I specialize in treating trauma, clients seek my unique approach to counselling for many other issues. I work extensively with anxiety, depression, and anger.
