Making the decision to seek therapy and finding the right therapist can be a daunting task. At Rubiks Counselling Services, we aim to provide services that are appropriate for your needs and align with your values. ​ We believe that therapy should be a safe space where we can have difficult conversations, while attending to our inner awareness and developing the tools we need. ​ We also believe that acknowledging and naming the external and systematic challenges is essential and cannot be left outside the therapy room. Whether it is racism, social justice, culture, spirituality, identity, migration or the diaspora, we are ready to go there if you are. We offer counselling for individuals, children & families in English, Arabic & Spanish. Training and consultation are also available.
