About Mentally Fit

mentallyfit is a movement aimed at presenting hope, education, prevention and a safe place for people struggling with or supporting mental illness. mentallyfit exists to inspire, inform, empower, encourage and create communities capable of supporting those needing help. Mentally Fit was founded by Kendra Fisher. Kendra is a women's ice hockey goaltender who has competed for the Canada women's national inline hockey team, having participated at four FIRS Inline Hockey World Championships. In addition, Kendra also competed in women's ice hockey with the first NWHL, followed by a stint in the CWHL, including with the Toronto Furies in their inaugural season. Kendra is also a Professional Speaker, a Motivational Speaker, a Mental Health Consultant, a Firefighter and a LGBTQ Advocate.
