I wholeheartedly believe that you can experience satisfaction in your relationships, your health, your vocation and have time and money freedom. If you call me, you will be engaged in an affirming and validating process that helps you unearth amazing competencies that you didn’t even know you had. You will be supported yet challenged to move forward and make the changes that you are longing for. Therapy is for everyone and is not a sign of weakness or a lack of faith in God. Our religious beliefs should not prevent us from reaching out for help when we need it most. We can all benefit from a supportive ally who reminds us of who we truly are when it’s difficult for us to see it. I have had some very challenging life experiences and was able to overcome them and thrive with the support of great therapists. Consequently, I truly believe in the process you will be engaging in. And I embody the work I do everyday as a parent of a young adult daughter and a teenage son and I’ve been married for over 20 years.
