We have 2 locations in the beautiful Green Bay-White Bay region of Newfoundland and are proud to offer first class services to the people in this area. We provide a holistic approach to all clients regardless of age, fitness level, or the nature of your condition. Baie Verte has a 5000 square foot fully equiped fitness centre with 24/7 access, and an attached 2200 square foot multi-discipline clinic. Springdale has a 3000 square foot fully equiped fitness centre with 24/7 access, and an attached 2000 square foot multi-disclipline clinc.
