Kimberly Sogge PhD CPsych. Psychologist, Nature lover, IMTA Certified Professional Mindfulness teacher, CMSC Certified Mindful Self Compassion Teacher. I work with the group practice Ottawa River Psychology Group, (formerly Sogge & Associates) We are an Ottawa-based psychology practice specializing in Third Wave clinical health psychology, mindfulness, and evidence-based psychological treatments for high performers and their families. To our knowledge we are the only certified Ottawa provider of the Maudsley FBT protocol for outpatient treatment and hospital diversion of children and adolescents with eating disorders. Dr. Kimberly Sogge CPsych is trained at the Institute for Training in Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders.
