I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, Expressive Arts Therapist and arts-based facilitator. I offer a space for clients to deepen and to shift their present experience, both by using the arts and by accessing the felt sense. I also lead vocal improvisation workshops as well as arts-based workshops that explore self-expression and creativity. I frequently work with groups in music and documentary film, bringing a strength-based approach to musical collaboration and personal storytelling on film. I also teach partner dance and run an improv choir.
