Are you depressed or suffering from anxiety? Are you trying to resolve conflicts in your family or relationships? Haven For Hope Counselling Centre is a private practice offering individual, couple and family counselling services in Fredericton/Oromocto and surrounding areas. We provide all walks of life with a comforting and welcoming environment and work with you towards a resolution to your specific circumstances. We provide new strategies and programs to help people deal with a variety of issues including anxiety and depression, addictions, eating disorders, anger as well as divorce and relationship problems. We also offer educational and personal development workshops, family violence education and support as well as referrals for employee assistance programs. If you’re finding it difficult to cope with the aftermath of a recent trauma, we allow you to express your emotions safely in a compassionate setting. Our counsellors provide the therapeutic skills, knowledge, and experience you need to promote long and lasting improvements to your overall well-being.
