My name is Cris Gabriel I am happy to share with you my humble offerings inspired by my own holistic healing journey. I am a cancer survivor and 3 years in remission. Holistic practices are big part of my healing journey. During my chemotherapy treatment I used holistic approach to manage all the side effects caused by the treatments. The holistic practices that enhances the quality of life during my treatment are Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki healing energy, Yoga, Meditation and Sacred Circle Dance. I experience great relief from aches and pains. Manage my stress and anxiety. It relaxes my body, mind and spirit. This amazing holistic healing journey led me to find my passion in Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki, Yoga, Meditation and Dance as a meditation. Eventually discover drumming as a meditation. I am happy to share with you my passion to support your healing journey. I am certified Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner, Reiki Master, Registered Yoga Teacher and Healing Dance Journey & Drumming Circle Facilitator.
