My aim is to offer you a safe, welcoming, and warm space where you can feel heard, understood, and connected. I believe the following principles to be fundamentally important; Creating a safe space- A place where you can comfort and at ease physically, emotionally, culturally, and spiritually. Transparency and trustworthiness as the foundation of the therapeutic relationship. Empowerment- Placing you in charge throughout your therapy journey meeting your goals through mutual collaboration. Specialities: Trauma, addictions, emotion regulation, relationship conflicts (couples & families), & life transitions. I provide services for: Stress, anxiety, depression, crisis management, marital and family conflicts, parenting, separation & divorce, co-parenting, grief & loss. Modalities include: cognitive-behavioural therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and exposure therapy.
