The first step to providing quality services to any client is an intuitive and detailed assessment. We use a combination of standardized and non-standardized tools to best understand your needs. Prior to your first appointment, we will talk by phone to gather information that helps us plan the assessment session. Our treatment approach is unique in its philosophy and delivery model, based on years of clinical experience. We employ a whole-brain approach to learning that combines listening, answering, generating ideas, movement and sensory experiences as appropriate for each client. Sessions are conducted by our trained professionals in the areas of speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, educational consultation, behavioural consultation, as well as by our therapy assistants. The individual(s) best suited to your needs will be selected for your team. Informed clients are empowered clients, who able to make positive changes more quickly in all facets of their lives. Verbal feedback is provided after every session, to help you understand goals, strategies and ideas that will make a real difference. We also offer workshops that give parents, educators and other individuals the opportunity to learn away from the setting of a therapy or consultation session.
