Lisa Myers has compassion for those feeling stuck because of anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, or unclear future direction. She also believes that some of her work, such as premarital counselling, can be preventative so that we can take steps to build resilience. Working with students has prepared her to journey with people who desire balance and peace amid life transitions.
