Our office has multiple staff that are Certified Brain Health Coaches with the Amen Clinics and thus we offer an integrative approach to mental health and brain health. We believe that often a condition can be allieviated or corrected with proper balance of the four spheres, 1) Psychological 2) Biological 3) Social and 4) Spiritual. It is with these four lenses that we will use to tailor your recovery. Whether you are having significant relationship issues with your spouse or adolescent, struggling with anxiety and depression, or any other issue, know that I can help. Underlying much of the present distress is often early trauma or negative experiences, and I offer a variety of modalities that I custom fit for the individual or couple, from E.M.D.R. to Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Marriage Therapy or Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to name a few.
