Hi I’m Jessica Levy founder of Body Connection Fitness. I’m a passionate and busy mom with a love of helping women. Mother of boy who is growing up way too fast, partner to such a caring man & trainer to many women across the Okanagan. I enjoy wine on weekends, and lots of family time. I am a huge fan of summer and love the heat. My goal is to help women by educating, motivating and provide programs that meet the health & fitness needs. At Body Connection Fitness I specialize in womens health in person and online. I cater to personal training in my private studio as well as coming to your home for a personalized fitness experience.
