The Centre for Expressive Therapy is a place of retreat for those seeking healing and personal growth, a place of learning and rejuvenating for health care professionals. Counselling services and psychotherapy are available for children, youth and adults. The therapeutic methods used are based on Holistic Expressive Therapy, an integrative approach that takes into consideration the physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual needs of the client. It was developed by the owner Marie-José Dhaese to help individuals of all ages to not only cope with their life challenges but to learn and grow from them. The Healing Power of Animals: Marie José’s animal companions have been an integral part of her therapy sessions since 1980, and they have had a profound impact and healing influence on many people of all ages.
