Youthwise specializes in counselling kids, teens, and families, and in equipping communities to better help kids and teens who struggle with mental health. Our Purpose is to help children, teens, and families restore mental wellness, and to equip communities with the knowledge and resources to become youth wise in mental health. Services: - Counselling for children (ages 5-12) - Counselling for teens (ages 13-18) - Family & couples counselling - Training (workshops, seminars, speaking, etc.) Youthwise provides treatment for the following areas, but not limited to: o Anxiety o General Anxiety Disorder o Separation Anxiety o Social anxiety (Social phobia) o Phobias o Panic Disorder o Agoraphobia o Other anxiety disorders o Depression o Major Depressive Disorder o Other Depressive Disorders o Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders (OCD) o Anger & Aggression o Emotional outbursts & tantrums o Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder o Behavioural problems o Social skill challenges o Trauma & Grief o Parental separation/divorce o Family & relationship conflicts o Self-Image and confidence o Parenting challenges o Suicidal thoughts o Self-harm/injury
