I want to invite you to explore the services I offer that include psychotherapy for adults and children in individual, family and couples (marriage therapy) sessions formats. I offer wide range of care including family transitions, parenting challenges, anxiety and depression, anger management and personal growth to name few. I am comfortable working with young children, teens, youth, adults as well as seniors and persons with special needs. Having Polish as my mother tongue is a great asset in reaching the Polish community through my services. I offer private Mindfulness and Yoga sessions, individual adults and small groups, as well as children. In addition, I provide courses in Yoga for Children for educators and caregivers. I also offer the Art Therapy sessions in my practice. I trained and worked at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehab Hospital as an Art Therapist and later I worked as a consultant and I loved using all my skills to work with children on the Autism Spectrum (ASD). From these influences, I created the Therapeutic Arts Program (TAP). In TAP, I use my experience and skills help children and youths' true spirits shine through offering arts and physical activities and giving them a sense of mastery, relaxation and social fun in healing and supportive environment.
