Our studio is warm and inviting with all natural cork floors. All of our classes are therapeutic and our instructors are all trained in yoga therapy. At Ajna Yoga, we offer a wide variety of therapeutic yoga classes, ranging from Backcare, Gentle Strength, Slow Flow, Yoga for Healthy Aging, Yoga for Bone Health, Gentle Hatha, Yoga for Hips & Shoulders and the Tensegrity Repair Series. Ajna is a yoga therapy studio and a yoga college registered with the provincial and federal governments. We have been training teachers since 2008 and our yoga therapy studio opened in 2012.
