We’re not sure when boutique fitness lost the intimacy, but we’re bringing it back. Guaranteed small class sizes (where you can actually see the instructor), hands-on alignment help, and we mean it when we say you can totally come sit with us (no #squad required). We make it happen with music that will help you get lost in the movement + instructors that you can actually relate to. Continuously inspiring, motivating and challenging you to push through class + leave it all on that mat. We’ve reinvented your typical boutique class— we do hella more than just work you out to burn some cals. We’re bringing the fresh curated playlists every class, no repeat segments, and making it ok to not have the perfect choreo/’fit/ponytail. We take the workout seriously, but never ourselves. Shaking shit up one plié at a time, and we’re here for it.
