Attachment theory and the healing power of relationships is the basis of her work with clients of all ages. Christine Dela Cruz is well known for counselling children and teenagers who are involved with the child welfare system and have therefore experienced attachment disruptions and difficulties with stable, consistent and safe relationships. Christine is committed to ongoing professional education and seeks out training on attachment, complex trauma, neurological diversity, anxiety, depression, grief, relationships and Indigenous issues. She has over two decades of experience working with children, adults and families with varied backgrounds.
