Sometimes anxiety, emotional dysregulation, identity questions, self-harming behaviours, or thoughts of suicide can make up part of an individuals life. Alanna's experience as a counsellor in private practice, in high schools, and in the Dalhousie University Student Services Centre has given her a first-hand understanding of the issues faced by people, and the ability to help them and their families maintain personal well being and balance.
