I am a registered Social Worker with over 10 years of experience. I offer support to individuals, couples and families. The following are a few examples of types of issues that people seeking my support have experienced: a feeling of not living life fully, self-criticism, and feeling like one's worst enemy, depression, anxiety, trauma and challenges in parenting.
