My approach to therapy is integrative. I mainly draw on Rational-Emotive Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Focusing-Oriented Therapy. I also incorporate humanistic and psychodynamic therapies, as well as more disorder-specific approaches. My special area of interest is clinical assessment and differential diagnosis. I PROVIDE SERVICES IN REGARDS TO: Individuals 18-65 y/o, Depressive & Bipolar Disorders, Anxiety Disorders & Trauma, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Issues with eating and body image, Stress & Coping, Procrastination & Perfectionism, Assertiveness & Communication Skills, Relationship Issues, Acculturation and Immigration Issues, Career counselling.
